The customer reserves the right to cancel a booking. However, the customer will incur cancellation charges, which will be the following;

 

• If the cancellation is made within 7 days of the event, 50% of the total fees.

• If the cancellation occurs 7+ days from the event, the deposit only.

 

Cancellation will be deemed to have been made when notice of cancellation is received by email only.

 

All cancellation fees must be paid within 7 days of cancelling the event.

 

If in the rare event that The Bowkers have to cancel an event, the customer will receive a complete refund of the monies that have been paid to The Bowkers.
